The entry point for the SISU Method. Build the foundation — movement quality, base strength, and the capacity to train with intent. This is where structure starts. Every advanced quality depends on what you build here.
DOMINATE
INTERMEDIATE PROGRAMSTRENGTH. POWER. REPEAT OUTPUT.
The middle layer. Once you have the foundation, Dominate builds force production, power expression, and the ability to repeat output under fatigue. This is where athletes become dangerous.
CONQUER
ADVANCED PROGRAMSPEED. PRESSURE. PEAK OUTPUT.
The final progression. Conquer applies everything you've built to sport-specific demand. Speed under pressure. Power on command. Peak output when it counts. This is where the standard becomes the result.
PROGRESSION IS CONTROLLED STRESS
The system advances when output improves without destroying readiness. Progression is earned, not forced.
Load
Small increases in weight or resistance. Watch for technique degradation or missed reps.
Volume
Add sets, reps, or total work gradually. Watch for lingering fatigue and poor recovery.
Intensity
Increase speed, effort, or density. Watch for loss of rhythm or movement quality.
Complexity
Advance patterns only after mastery. Watch for rushed skill without control.
